Good for photos, videos and quote requests. If a machine is down, use the second button: it puts "Machine down" in the subject.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Urgent call-outs and weekend work by arrangement.
I reply to emails within one business day.

I work across South East Queensland, and I come to you.
- Travel is priced by zone, and it's on the quote before you say yes.
- Regional Queensland and further into NSW: on my twice-yearly trip.
- Further afield, including interstate, by arrangement.
What to send
The more I know before I come out, the more likely I've got the right gear in the car.
- The machine type
- Brand, model and serial number
- The control or software, if you know it
- What's wrong, or what you'd like done
- The alarm text, and a photo of the screen
- Your suburb, so I can work out the travel zone
- Your name
