I'm Eros Reato, and E&M Machine Solutions is my business. I service, level and calibrate stone machines across South East Queensland.
Where I learned it
I started out building machines and installing them. Some of that was on metalworking machines, where the tolerances are a lot tighter. After that, stone felt simple.
Since then I've installed and serviced stone machines, and trained the operators who run them.
Now I work for myself. That's 12 years in the trade.

How I work
Photos and a backup first.
Before I change a setting, I photograph every page that could change and back the machine up to USB. That way the original settings can go back in if they need to.
A report for every machine.
The work and the changes, plus anything I noticed that you should keep an eye on. Photos go in with it.
Straight answers.
Tell me the machine and its control. If it's one I haven't worked on, I'll tell you, and I'll read up on it before I come.
No machines to sell.
I'm independent. I'm not the manufacturer's agent, so the report says what the machine needs and nothing more.
